Ann Arbor Pt. 4 - Boots
Yay! Patio seating!
Saturday afternoon we did laundry and while it dried we stepped over to Cubs' for some beer and Burgers. Then we sent out a text to our friends stating, "Heidelberg. Boot. At 9."
And there it is, the Boot. This also brings me back. For those of you who don't know what a Boot is, haven't been to Madison, WI, or don't drink, there are a couple of rules. Once it is lifted off the table it can't be put back down until it is empty, you must flick it before and after you drink out of it, and it must be passed around the table continuously.
Kingman set it off, of course.
We had some pretty participants.
We all had "side-cars" of Arcadia IPA's. Not cool.
CGAA takes a swig.
The Badger finishes the first boot.
Round two.
Bobby uses two hands for smoother tilt action.
Josie says its gotta good taste.
A true Badger also finishes the second boot. Impressive.
Punch and hug begins.
Should we do another?
Round 3.
A legendary Badger finishes the first 3 boots. Aggressive.
Another boot?
I set off round 4.
Close-up.
Badger supports Bobby. Finish the boot!
Bobby terminates round 4.
Authorities were looking for this man...
Round 5. Elena calls out her husband.
Josie goes the distance.
Reppin' for the Deuce, Magnetics kills the 5th.
I think we all went home at this point. Not really sure.
Until next time...
